Dr Dhruv Kacker - Angel Investor and Cofounder

The Pillar of Aaroogya’s establishment, this cool and dynamic Investor has been running the fuel of our work and believe in the vision. A Maxillofacial, Head and Neck Prosthetic Specialists, son of a family of Doctors who are empathetic and Entrepreneur since his childhood days when he handled his parents clinics and patients. He is multitalented and an academician to the core. National Awardee on the research of “Bone Expansion Techniques”, Ex- Faculty in the only Central Government Dental School in India, he roamed around the states of Karnataka and Haryana with a team of junior doctors to cater the underprivileged segment of population with healthcare and surgical services. He has been a since Dental surgeon in places like Jhajjar with a population of approximately 50,000 where after sunset, every kid undergoes Night Blindness. Specialist in handling patients as high as 800 a day, he has reduced wait time and increased work efficiency profoundly of reputed Hospitals in both government and private sector like Employees State Insurance Corporation under Labour Ministry.

Dr Priyanjali Datta - Founder and CEO

Recipient of Top 50 Global Healthcare Leaders in 2018 and Youngest Women Entrepreneur 2019, Dr Priyanjali Datta is a Doctor turned Entrepreneur and Story Teller. She started her organization at the age of 19 and since then is tirelessly working to create what she calls – “Sustainability is the innovation tin taking Healthcare till Last Mile”. Her infectious zeal and extraordinary intelligence of working hard and smart has brought Aaroogya international recognitions for working for Sustainable Development goals and reach almost 3 million people across rural India. Working Onground with patients personally in villages and raising Investments, she works passionately on both ends. Aaroogya has recently raised Investment of Net 20 Million INR and came up with a Fully equipped, automated and Artificial Intelligence driven Laboratory. She says, “In the 5th Industrial Revolution, Impact driven economy is the key to look into a fruitful vision of next 20 years. Healthcare in India is a misnomer, with merely disease management happening – We work towards Democratising Healthcare till Last Mile. And we believe that Innovation lies in real life problem solving and not just product development. Sustainability happens with recurring revenue. And Rural India is a large payer of healthcare industry, we just are reaching them midway to ease their problems and make it worthwhile.” She has represented India and its young leaders forums in India German Young Leaders Forum, Indo Swiss future Leaders Forum, and many more. She has also represented India and India Entrepreneur leadership in Stanford University, IFAH Las Vegas, United Nations and many more. This Army School girl is a Go Getter as her friends say, Dr Priyanjali has been Meghalaya State topper in her school and an established model with many brands in her college days. Covered by established brands like Femina, Elle, UNESCO, Your Story, India Today and many more. She has received numerous awards and yet, her way of working will make you feel that she is still a college enthusiastic sophomore. She has been one of the first ambassador of the famous campaign on air “Dhun Badal Ke Dekh” on Mumbai Radio station.

Non-Executive Director on the Board of Swan Fintech Private Limited, having registered Office in Delhi, and Branch Offices at Mumbai (Maharashtra), Satna (M.P), Siliguri (West Bengal), Kolkata (West Bengal), Ahmedabad (Gujrat) in India.

Devika Agarwal – Manager, Strategic Initiative

Specilisation in Journalism from Sophia College for Women, Mumbai. Worked in the field of Journalism, at NDTV and a yearlong experience in a digital marketing agency as Brand Associate. Work in the field of healthcare includes ascertaining the benefits of the nutrition program launched by TB Alert India, associated with the WHO; and with the government of Delhi for access to primary healthcare and working against substance abuse.

Mr. Sabeel Salam - Chief Operating Officer

The Hustler of the 6 shades of Aaroogya. The one who travelled 43 cities for Bharat Outreach and created 120+ primary healthcare centers giving healthcare access to nearly 2500 villages in 7 states of India and run them since inception. he is the most experienced in India at the moment undoubtedly who can establish, run, manage and earn revenue in simplest language and we are proud of him. He hails from Heaven on Earth – Srinagar, Kashmir and magnanimous charm keeps the team tempo pepped up all day. An Alumni and Masters in Business Administration from James Cook University. Areas of Specialties: Operations, Marketing, Event management, Public Relations, Training, Sales, Social Media Marketing, Market Research, Fashion merchandising & Gaming of course. He executes and implements with his ADHD level of efficiency. He has created a famous marketing campaign for Female Condoms while in his B School which was then used by the famous company as their ad run Internationally – His T-shirt said – “My Girlfriend wears it”.

Tanya Chaturvedi – Design Representative

Starting out as a passionate and driven member of the editorial of the college magazine, Tanya Chaturvedi, a student of 4th year pursuing Bachelors of Design at NIFT, takes keen interest in social and health related causes. She has contributed to campaigns like Sashakt, an initiative by Swabhiman to spread awareness about disability and rights of people through art and design. She has also worked on several projects within the same ambit, both on and off campus to create products, services and awareness. Recently, she worked as an intern at the Office of Minster of Health, Delhi Government, towards the cause of Substance Abuse.
